  • Witnessing & Verification.
  • Documentation Management.

Process:

  • We provide Design Review report Based on the Contract Documents.
  • Report the adequacy of design for systems' commissioning, Testing and balancing.
  • Recommend modification to systems' to facilitate proper Commissioning and Balancing.
  • Submit Method of statement that includes procedures that will be used for commissioning and testing with the instrumentation list, calibration certificates, check lists and test formats.
  • Report check lists and observation reports during the construction phase to ensure all system installations and supplied equipment are conforming project documents & approved drawings.
  • Perform Testing and Commissioning according to ASHRAE, SMACNA and NEBB codes and standards.
